Q1. Are Qshi Studio ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our ceramics are fired at high temperatures making them highly durable. Most of our plates, mugs, and bowls are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher.
Q2. I noticed slight color variations and tiny dots on my mug. Is this a defect?
Not at all! Because everything we make is handmade and produced in small batches by Indian artisans, minor imperfections, unique glaze runs, and tiny beauty spots are completely natural. They are the birthmarks of genuine craftsmanship, making your piece one-of-a-kind.
Q3. Are the glazes used on your dinnerware food-safe?
Absolutely. Your safety is our priority. All glazes used on our ceramics are 100% non-toxic, lead-free, and cadmium-free.
Q4. How do I prevent sudden thermal shock to my ceramics?
Ceramics don't love sudden, extreme temperature jumps. Avoid pouring ice-cold water into a hot mug straight out of the dishwasher, or placing a cold ceramic plate directly from the fridge into a hot oven.
Q5. Do you offer customization or personalized options for ceramics or clothing?

Q6. What is your standard shipping policy and do you offer free shipping?
We currently ship nationwide across India only. Orders are packed carefully and typically dispatched within a couple of business days. We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹1,299.
Q7. How does Qshi Studio ensure ceramics and glass candles don't break during shipping?
Every ceramic piece and glass candle is meticulously wrapped in multiple protective, shock-absorbent layers before being placed in sturdy boxes. In the rare event that something arrives damaged, simply share an unboxing video or photo within 3 days of delivery and we will happily resolve it.

We want you to love your fit! Both returns and exchanges are available for our clothing line. To request a return or exchange, email us at care@qshistudio.com within 3 days of delivery or WhatsApp us at 9818698077.

Q10. What is your return or exchange policy for ceramics and home decor items?
Because our products are handmade in small curated batches, we currently accept returns or exchanges only for apparel size swaps or items that arrive physically damaged or incorrect. We are unable to accept returns for standard ceramics or candles due to a change of mind.
Q11. What should I do if my ceramic piece or candle arrives broken?
If your piece arrives damaged, please email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo or unboxing video. We will ship a free replacement or issue a refund.
Q12. How long does a refund take to process?
Once approved, refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method depending on your bank's processing cycle.

Q13. How should I wash and care for my Qshi Studio clothing?
We recommend washing garments inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water, or handwashing. For sweaters, always flat-dry them in the shade to prevent stretching. Avoid wringing or tumble-drying knits.
